On July 6th, Governor Rick Scott honored 254 villages area veterans for their service to our country at Eisenhower Recreation Center.

Thank you for your service. Our family is eternally grateful for your dedication and bravery.

Somehow honoring our military has fallen from grace with many young people. It makes me angry and sad. We would not be here or have what we have without your bravery, all of you who served.

And Gov. Rick Scott served in the Navy 1971-74 as an E-4. My kind of guy.
