What are the houses going in across 466 from Laurel Manor?

I’ve been watching homes go in for about a year, but no signage. Now construction has begun on some larger structures in this area. Any ideas?

West of Laura Manor, next to what was Elan Buena Vista i beleive is going to be a grocery store of some sort.

If it is the area near the Hampton Inn I believe is is an assistant living facility.
