The title company located in the Sales Office at Brownwood is Peninsula Land and Title. THey are also located in the closing offices at Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs

Don't know where you heard that! First off no sales centers have been closed.Secondly the closing office in Brownwood as moved in to the Brownwood sales center moving from the building down the street.
