I shipped one of ours with our furniture, united van lines, and cost about $1300 from PA to TV.

Why is Autotrain not an option verse $1300? Could you make it an option with some imagination, vacation, friends, family. We have done it for $400 with 2 people.

We shipped a car from Pa to the Villages last month thru Shank Brothers 607-727-7346 John Shank. On time, very good price, and very satisfied with their service.

Nobody would ship a classic car by Autotrain no matter what the cost difference is which I'm assuming this is.

We shipped a classic car Ny to Fla) on moving van with furniture. They built a ramp to get it on and off the van. Was still cheaper and safer than shipping it separately.

I have taken the Auto Train several times before but this time I would like to try shipping. Long story short it is not any cheaper for us.
