Apparentily they did not want use too look further, and accepted our offer and even through in the golf cart to boot. Oh happy day, we have spent our last winter in Northern Ohio.
Congratulations. It sounds as if you got a really great deal. It feels good to say you own a home in The Villages, doesn't it?

Our first home purchase in TV was on Gerardo. It is a beautiful area with lots of trees and golf courses. Best of all, the friendliest people live there! You will love it and feel right at home.
