Default The Villages construction update #109 – Commercial Properties are Growing

This update starts out with a look at the major residential construction projects happening in The Villages in the villages of St Johns, Richmond and DeLuna, and Middleton before moving in for a look at the all the commercial property growth happening throughout The Villages. I show the first glimpses of the commercial area of Middleton, then the 301/Warm Springs building, Magnolia Plaza, Warm Springs/Meggison Rd area, Lake Deaton Plaza, the Brownwood area, and then two areas on CR466.

I hope you enjoy the video.

A few early comments on the video (which I’ve already deleted) took offense to a joke I made about a very serious issue about animal safety. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love my dogs and would never be even cross with them, unfortunately there are a few that don’t think through the consequences of their actions and put their animals in grave danger, this is the point I was trying to make using a little humor.

I wasn’t going to comment, but the dearth of praise and appreciation shamed me into saying thank you. I know it is your hobby, your side-hustle in retirement, and probably a place to keep your mind busy with your recent loss, but is also something I look forward to seeing posted.

So, thank you.

Thank you, Don, for all your videos.

I met a nice lady at MVP Brownwood recently. She is a new Villager and resides in McClure. She said it was so boring down there. I told her to watch Goldwingnut on YouTube and she would be able to see all the new amenities that are coming her way!

Thanks, you're right on all accounts, it's also a passion, I hate the misinformation that is frequently found on-line and in social media, so I dig diligently to find the facts and share them with everyone. Thanks again.

For anyone to be bored in The Village the fault rests squarely on their own shoulders. I long of a 10 day week and a 30 hour day just to have time to do everything I want while living here. Thanks for the endorsement and vote of confidence.
