So someone could ask you what kind of coke you drink, and you could say pepsi?

Couldn't that create confusion if you ordered a coke in a restaurant (although you wanted Pepsi)?

MD is a Pepsi product. Not a coke in any way.
Because in the south, all soft drinks are "coke." If you want specificity after that, than one does so, as I did.
Currently, my Costco is still selling Pepsi products.

Bought a bag of sea salted mixed nut at Costco yesterday. It was a larger amount in the bag than the jar that Sam's sells. Priced slightly less per ounce than Sam's.

Wider sheets Charmin toilet paper. This is sold NO WHERE ELSE and is made specifically for Costco. Believe me......the toilet paper fits better on the paper holder and doesn't move side to side so much. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it.

Just recently started purchasing frozen Garlic Butter Shrimp. Delicious with pasta. Easy peasy to cook up for dinner.

Kirkland frozen salmon (without the skin) and Kirkland frozen Tilapia Loins

Phillips Crab Cakes. The crab cakes must be made per Costco's specifications. The same exact brand of crab cakes at Sam's does not have nearly as much large lump crab in them.

Soft soap brand hand cleanser has lotion in it. I don't see that anywhere else.

Kirkland Pecorino Romano cheese. This is the best grating cheese I have ever tasted and I'm 100% Italian. So easy to to cut shavings for a Caesar salad. YUM!

Kirkland Sonoma County Chardonnay (750 ml. Don't care for the Chardonnay in the larger bottle). The wine is really good and I serve it to guests all the time and get raves about it.

Kirkland olive oil

Shrimp Cocktail is excellent quality and the shrimp are LARGE! And.......the shrimp don't look like they are machine made.

Large container of Sunsweet prunes. Great price for the quantity.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. There is plenty more we purchase at Costco. So glad we finally have one in our neighborhood.

Cosco has a lot of healthy keto items as does Walmart. Look for the most unprocessed foods tho. I did hear their rotisserie chickens are very unhealthy. Totally shot up with antibiotics and chemicals to plump them up for mass selling. Look it up!

Thx, I like learning about stuff like that. In Michigan it’s called pop.

Check out Bobby Parrish's YouTube channel. Lots of great videos where he points out Costco deals and healthy options. He also does other stores as well and has a great app to read the barcodes to let you know if the product is healthy.

Thanks for any input.
Quinoa and Celery Salad is very popular. I recently read about it so was looking forward to trying it. While I was picking it up, another woman was picking one up and commented how wonderful it was. I told her it was my first time trying it and she said again she was crazy about it but it didn’t come with enough dressing. She’s right! It comes with 2 packages of dressing but it’s a huge container. You really need 3 packages of dressing. I found a copy cat recipe if you are interested in the ingredients. I doubt this is a serving of 1 as the recipe states!

Quinoa and Celery Salad (Costco Copycat Recipe)

Salads, Vegan
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Servings: Serving: 1

Ingredients:
FOR THE SALAD:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
2 cups chickpeas
4 cups kale
2 cups red cabbage
1 1/2 cups celery
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRESSING
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (try ⅛ cup?)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Add the quinoa to a fine mesh strainer and rinse well under cold running water. Transfer to a small saucepan and add the broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the broth is absorbed and the quinoa is tender.
Chop all of the vegetables (kale, cabbage, carrots, red onion) and add to a large salad bowl along with the cooked (and slightly cooled) quinoa and chickpeas. To make quick work of the kale and cabbage, I just pulse them in my food processor until finely chopped.
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk well to combine (or add to a mason jar and shake to combine).
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat everything in the dressing. Serve!

Tuna - in oil
Sardines - in oil
Madras lentils
Quinoa and brown rice - microwave it in the package for 90 seconds, then mix with any of the above and some chopped veggies for a quick easy lunch
Individual packages of sticky rice - 90 seconds in the microwave and them make into rice bowls with any healthy protein or veggie

Then of course wine (agree with the Kirkland Chard as a wine priced for everyday, good enough for company)
Nuts

Go with a friend to buy any fresh fruits or veggies, and share them because it's too much for one couple.
Walk the store for some entertainment.
