Here's one way:

http://www.golfthevillages.com/tee-times/

Getting Started
Every Village Resident is assigned a 6-digit identification number and a 4-digit personal identification number (PIN.) These numbers are required to access the automated telephone tee time system. Prior to getting started you will need to have the following:

A touch tone phone (set to tone not pulse.)
Your ID number and PIN.
The day you wish to play.
The number of golfers in your group.
The golfer ID numbers of all the golfers in your group.
The course(s) you wish to play.
Time of day you wish to play.

This time of year you should be able to call any of the courses in the morning and get a tee time. All of the phone numbers are here:

This is the internet access to the tee time system. It allows you to request a tee time 3 to 7 days in advance. You can also view open tee times for today and tomorrow, and reserve open times. There is a charge of $8.50/mo.

Default first step first

you must first get your Villages ID - take your closing papers (showing your names on the title) and your driver's license to the Wedgewood District office, then you can call the golf number. You can download and print the reservation request forms from thevillages.net. You can't do anything until you get your Villages ID and your pin #. Ask when you are getting your id's where you get the pin # - I think one is automatically assigned to each id.

You can use a cellphone, don't have to have a landline, to request tee times. Until you're there full-time, or at least for a season, I wouldn't bother to get the teetime system online. You can pay for it by the month, however, don't have to sign up for a year or half-a-year.
