Smile Rotator Cuff Surgery

Can anyone recommend a surgeon for Rotator Cuff Surgery? It doesn't have to be in The Villages.

I had both shoulders done at different times. It slowly improves and two months I was back to normal (?). Best recommendation is exercise before and after surgery to strengthen area. No 100%

Your recovery depends on the severity of the injury. I've heard of folks taking up to a year of PT and still having some pain issues. I've also been told the surgery isn't a "slam dunk" on having you like you were before the injury.

Had my second one done in December, couldn't golf until April. I had a high grade tear so I don't know if that matters.

I, too, recommend Mitchell or Cook with TriCounty Ortho. Worked with these docs at TVRH and they are great!
