Default When Brownwood DOES open, what will YOU do???

When we get the green light that the long awaited new town center will open, what will you do?

Will you go over right away ...

Or wait until the crowds calm down...

Or wait to read on TOTV what people are saying...

Or go over at night after hours and ride around????

AND....Do you think it will be BETTER or about the same as the other two town centers?

I will go over right away day or night. The crowds will be there because it's new. From what I've seen sneaking aroun they did a good job. Don't really know how the bleachers will work out only time will tell.

First I will "cry"… because all I am getting from it is the videos I watch…
Then I will be working hard on getting to retirement so we can move to TV and appreciate so many beauties I have seen…

Lucky you guys that are so close and the time is approaching for this 3rd area to be ready to be enjoyed. Have fun for me!!!

This might be old news to some full timers, but yesterday while visiting some open houses, two reps mentioned that beginnng today, the Sales Office in Brownwood would be open for business. Both of them would be working out of that office.

We'll wait until later (probably in July when we move there permanently) before we visit Brownwood. I'm sure it will be just as impressive as LSL and SS.

I'll go right away, and probably get lost doing it.

I expect it to be beautiful, everything they do is beautiful.

We'll go when we get back down there again in Dec. It should be quite an interesting place to see up close......instead of from behind the barricades at all the entrances!

I'm thinking Brownwood is so on the edge of "the bubble" that we are going to have a lot of visitors from Wildwood and Leesburg. They got a big ole sign "nightly entertainment" on SR44. I'm thinking the atmosphere will be more...spicy than the other town squares.

I'll jump in the golf care for a nice long ride. I think it will be great.

We will go for the nightly entertainment sometime in the first week it opens.
Hoping and expecting it to be even better than LSL.

we will wait a couple of weeks until the "gotta get there" crowd passes.
I am interested to see how the stadium seating will work to view the entertainment in the square. It will bring with it a whole new set of problems (in addition to seat saving) there will be the issue of having to get up whenever someone wants to get in/out like a movie theatre, etc.
Maybe there is only partial stadium setting and more grab a chair like the other two squares.

I think Brownwood will be interesting because it is different. My guess is it will be bigger than Spanish Springs and smaller than Lake Sumter Landing.

Some of the bigger retailers/restaurants will have a presence, but most of the shops located in SS and LSL will not be there. So we shall see what kind of retail shops wind up being there.

What we know for sure is that it will relieve the crowding of the two existing town centers. Remember when the Publix store on 466A first opened? You could go there anytime of day/night and have lottsa elbow room. Now it is crowded anytime you go just like the other locations.

So unless there is something really new and unique the new town center will settle into being frequented mostly by the residents who live closest.

Being a cowboy aficianado, I am looking forward to the western theme.

Came by Brownwood today at noon and there was a police car blocking the entrance. Otherwise it looked good to go and lots of cars parked around it.

Will probably go there the first week. For first Brownwood parade too. Also will take in a movie at the Barnstorm Theater the first two weeks or so of some movie's run.
