Took this couple on Wild Bill's Airboat ride back in 2005 or 2006. It was a lot of fun. Thank you Bogie Shooter for that wealth of information. I did see numerous sites out there but didn't want to pick one (like out of the yellow pages); prefer a personal recommendation. Again, thank you.

Bryant, you may also wish to try Home of Lazy River Cruises and have dinner at Stumpnockers on the Withlacoochee River Stumpknockers: Locations for Dunnellon and Inverness Florida This way you've got a river cruise and a nice dinner right there, and all less than an hour from TV. They're open every day except Mondays.

Just 30 minutes from the Villages is Silver Springs in Ocala. The glass bottom boat ride is lovely.
