They sell them at any Village Country Club and the Mercantile. As far as mailing them out, try calling the TV Sales & Info Center at 800-346-4556. They'll point you in the right direction. And welcome to TOTV.

If you go in the LSL Sales Office and park on the side away from the square, walk through the main entrance and turn right when you can. In the next room there is an information desk, they have the $5 maps. Also, just ask your salesman and he'll get you one for free, at least mine did.
