Aside from the wonderful lifestyle one can create and enjoy here, it is the number one spot in Florida to make your real estate purchase and feel insulated from the depressed and depressing R E market .... in not only the rest of Florida but throughout the nation.

TV should be number one for the following reasons:

1. Military personnel didn't have a choice where they were stationed.

2. IMHO -Nobody in their right mind would want to move to a extremely cold climate. I can't imagine someone saying, "I want to move to Alaska to freeze my B**t off.
