I like Fresh Market when buying fresh meat and seafood. Publix and WalMart are hit or miss on the seafood, but they sometimes have a great price.

Bonefish and Up The Creek have great fish dishes.

For crab, I like The Crab House, but the nearest one I know of is in Orlando.
