Default ANOTHER Question!

If we add a golf car garage or a third garage, does that automatically stretch the side of the house? Assuming we have a large enough yard, how much more is the third garage than a cart garage? Forgive me if I'm asking too many questions but other than calling the Morse family at home, I have no one else to ask (and the last time I called them, they were "too busy" to talk to me...sheesh ....the housekeeper said they were out shopping for sink hole insurance or something)

A 3 car Garage, or a Golf Cart garage, does not stretch the rest of the house. Only the garage is made larger. If you want to stretch the house the cost would depend on which model, and what area is to be stretch. That of course also depends on your lot, and if you can do it at all. If you want to check with a sales rep, you can check with anyone, but I would recommend mine, Rene' Webster. She always answered my questions, and still does.

Good Luck,
John

To add a golf car garage, I was told about $15M but don't know if this includes the lot or not. I think it is the structure. Don't know if larger garage costs more or less than the separate golf cart garage.

Check your plot plan. A neighbor with a corner lot and lots of space wanted to put a golf cart garage on. Turns out that there was an easement for utility lines running through his yard. He eventually got it done but he had to modify the position and size to do it.
