We used Behr elastomeric paint on our house in Phoenix AZ. It was a great paint and covered well. Provides the moisture barrier you need for stucco homes. Just had our home painted here in TV and Investment Painting used Sherwin Williams Loxon XP. Another good paint with great moisture protection and 10 year warranty.

Consumer Reports, this month, rates Behr (Premium Ultra Flat Enamel) #1. It is self-priming. It offers "superb protection, especially in humid areas where mildew is a concern."

I'm considering the Behr if I paint my own house. I'm sure the contractors get a deal on their paint, but what are they really using?
