The wig store in Colony Plaza will do it. I can't remember the name of the store but its close to Peepers. They did mine and they were very good.

The Walmart up north just did my aunts and it went well for her. Could be another place to check.

If you take her to a mall...there's a store called Claire (all costume jewelry) that will do it. I think many jewelry stores will also do it.
