I have eaten some "Swein haxen", "brats", "huhnchen" "Schnitzel" and of course "red cabbage" in my days.

My sister's in-laws are German and Polish so I do love German Food. They use to make home made sausage for all the parties.

I love sauerbraten and spaetzels. Throw in some red cabbage on the side, and I'm a happy camper! Some german restaurants won't do the sauerbraten though because it takes so long to make. (needs to marinate for a few days) Top it off with a good beer!

Oh Schuler, I make sauerbraten. Five days in the fridge with a little gin berrys and a little vinegar and a little stick of cloves.

It's not coming to the Villages, but the Villages can easily go to it.
