Maybe this has been discussed before also, but maybe time for an update if it was.

We purchased 4 years ago and went to the new member breakfast a few months later. There they told us (if I'm remembering correctly, which is always a question) that about 50% of the buyers in TV are from Florida, but they didn't really say how many of these moved from retirement communities elsewhere in Florida or just lived in Florida and chose TV as their retirement home.

I'm guessing it's a substantial number - Ohioboy's brother retired to a retirement community in Ft. Myers and whenever we visit and meet people at the pool, seems like everyone has a neighbor who moved from there to TV.

Does TV keep those stats somewhere?
