Default Golf Cart Travel

How long will it be to travel by golf cart from the Brownwood neighborhoods to the Fenney Grill? Ask anyone connected to The Villages and you get a fearful stare. Why the cloak and dagger act?

If its 10 miles @ 20mph--its an half hr drive each way--, I know its 6 miles from soaring eagle to the Fenney gate, but I'm doing what ever the speed limit is

Until the bridges are built and finished...no one will be able to travel from Brownwood to Fenney! I'd heard once though it would take about 20 minutes but until it opens we can only speculate.

Isn't the question when will it be possible to travel not how long it would take to make the trip?
I don't know....

Actually, using a published map of the proposed roadways in the new section, you can estimate that from Brownwood to Fenney it would be a little under a 7 mile trek via cart, or at 20mph approximately 20 minutes.

What's the guess on how long it will take to get to the Fenney Grill form either the Mulbury Rec. Center or Orange Blossim CC via golf cart. My guess would be about 1:15 - 1:20 one way driving the speed limit? That's a long round trip ride.

I would estimate the milage and then add 15-25% to allow for round-a-bouts, tunnels and stopping for traffic and slow carts.
