Do you know of any people who will come to our home who can assist with Wi-Fi troubleshooting ?

Unplug the power wait 2 minutes and plug it back in, that fixes a-lot of issues.

Can you describe your problem, your provider, and if you are using your own equipment or renting. Also, have you setup a wifi name and password, and do you still know these?
