I have a Lantana style home. I am trying to hook up wifi for the living room and front room. I just purchased a Modem/Router, Nighthawk. AC1900. The internet power source is in the front room. How to get this same power (internet) for the living room???

Do you have cable service? If so, you should be able to connect the modem/router to any cable outlet in the house that is activated from the garage panel.
