I guess that makes me a tadpole.
I visited last weekend, returned home and did a few days of thinking, made an offer and it was accepted!
Hope to close in mid March, then I'll have to come down and furnish it and get it ready to rent.
It's going to be great knowing that our retirement home will be waiting for us and we can say "to heck with it" anytime we want and move on down.
Any tips for people who rent out (not using rental company) appreciated.
I'm currently looking for house watchers (I emailed the Vilas lady, but never got a reply) and items for sale that I will need.
