We, and our neighbors have wind chimes. No complaints from other neighbors. If we get complaint, the chimes will come down.
|
Those who love wind chimes should keep them locked indoors with the windows closed. Use a fan, if you must, to enjoy them.
Neighbors who have wind chimes outdoors simply have no concern for their neighbors. If a neighbor had wind chimes outdoors, I would be tempted to buy a huge dog and let it do its business on the wind chime neighbor's lawn. |

One scenario is that all the neighborhood is full of snow birds, so in the summer time, you can put them out when not alot of people are around.. . . So you might get the ocassional usage. good luck |

My wife has some wind chimes that she put on a Shepards crook in our backyard. She found them on the patio table one day and she put them back on the crook. They were back on the table again the next day. Since I’m the only other person with access to our backyard, it was obvious who took the chimes down. It didn’t take three times - the chimes have never appeared again. Darn, I hate wind chimes.

Its too windy down here for most chimes. Mine is in the garage.
