Default Middleton High School Questions (no- not that one)

Out of curiosity we drove by the new high school- Wow it's huge.

But is it huge enough? The Middleton area isn't even built yet but I heard there are a couple of thousand students already attending. If this is the case will there be enough slots when 5,000 houses are built?

Sorry if any or all of my 'facts' are wrong- I couldn't find info anywhere and relied on hearsay and guesses.

The school isn’t actually for Middleton residents. It’s for Villages employees children regardless of where they live and living in Middleton, the school is in Wildwood for residents who don’t work for TV.

Default Huge Gamble

The school was just completed in time to see the younger generation who could have been exploited for movement to Middleton now staying far away. Not because it isn’t appealing, but because of interest rates on new buyers and market fluctuations. Most young families don’t pay cash for homes.

The TVCS High School saw a marked increase in enrollment this year, but it is still at less than 60% of capacity. Space isn't a problem, but staffing (teachers) are in hight demand for the school.
