We are Maine snowbirds closing on a home on a corner lot on Sunny Brook circle in two weeks. We won't be staying winters for a few years and the house will be vacant all summer. Is there any one close that does house watch through the summer to make sure the AC is on etc. or should we hire a company? Don't mind paying at all just thinking someone that lives there may be better.
