You can find help at Uhaul.com. They have a service where you can find independent help for packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and cleaning services. You could even find trucks and drivers.
I've used it in a number of cities through the years. You can read reviews and pretty quickly figure out who is legitimate and professional. You can leave reviews. You pay for it by credit card for the number of hours you need with a stated minimum number of hours. The person can only get paid when you give them the code to access payment through Uhaul.
You will need to be flexible with times and I suggest booking the first appointment of the day. I've been happy with all of the people that I have hired. Closest to your location is not necessarily the best. Really trust the reviews and look for the bad ones. Everyone gets a dud upon occasion, but when most of the reviews are good you can have some confidence. Like with all movers, mind your P's and Q's.
