Default Finding Rental Properties

We want to rent for several months while we search for a home in TV. We have been in contact with The Villages Hometown Property Management company which provided us with several options. Are there other sources for rentals. We already tried the rentals advertised on this forum and received very few responses to our requests. Accordingly we would prefer to work with a property management company. Suggestion would be appreciated.

Before we bought a home we rented using ****. Hmmm, the rental acronym was deleted. I will try again, we used Vacation Rentals By Owner.

We rented a home 18 months ago using Villages rental.

Worked out well especially when we had a few maintenance issues and were able to contact them to get it fixed promptly.

There is a local company called "Down Home Properties" if you wish to deal with a property management company. Many good comments on here are about them for the most part. They are a bit more responsive than the developer's company. . .

Vacation Rental Homes, The Villages Florida

The nice part of their site is that you can select what area of TV do you want to browse availability. . .
look at the LOCATION drop down list on the left, about 1/2 way down

Good luck, there should be no shortage this year.. .

It is a great suggestion to rent before you buy so that you can be sure of where you want to live. I have a home in the Village of Lynnhaven, which is off of Buena Vista, up one roundabout from Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club. Please feel free to look at my home listing on VillagersHomes4Rent.com using number 7086 to look at my lovely home. It is available for January through April 2021, and would consider a combined monthly discount for you. Comes with a 2 seater gas golf cart. Feel free to contact me at 954-889-4558. Best of luck in your search, Susan.

Hi. We are Brits with a house in the Glenbrook area. Normally we are booked but probably due to COVID keeping people away we are open Jan - Mar. If you can’t find something suitable let us know and we might be able to help. We can give details for verification purposes and we do hold a Florida state licence.

Good morning, what is your price range for the rental? We have a beautiful home for rent in Virginia Trace, the epicenter of The Villages.

Call national real estate agency in your area and ask for a referral. It is always best to deal with a Realtor!

Me too. Look up the page using the first initial of each word in the name above. Huge amount of rentals there
