I can garrentee 20k lot more money to me than -. For most of us in the plan Jane stacked housing reality plain as the nose on your face. IMO it will be awhile before the housing market boom will go up with all the building and resale's on the market. Now for the prime million dollar properties by the developer's they will always command higher price.

For all who think the menagerie of cacti are attractive and pretty

....I would question whether they would put 50 well-done, artistic paintings together in one frame and demand it be on public display.

I have no problem with cacti nor what 99.9% of people here do with their yards. But this one is just, plain cluttered.

And yes, plants ARE "ornamental", as in yard ornamentation.

And for those who condescend to say "I go by 'live and let live'", which I think is a wise adage too, then why have the ARC??
