Default Yellow house

I know this has probably been addressed a million times but I couldn't find it. Who knows the story behind the older yellow house that is just sitting there on Morse? It's a neat house but I'm sure there is a reason that it is there.

I wish they would open it for tours once in a while.

I am fascinated by old homes. I would like to see how they handled the heat inside, as well as outside.
