There are plenty of aerobics and Yoga in TV. When you arrive go to one of the Rec Centers and pick up a copy of the Rec News. It comes out every Thursday in the paper and has all activities listed at every Rec Center for the week. When you see a person's name on the sport pool schedules it generally means that is a water aerobics class. There is also Water Yoga. Any class listed in the Rec guide at the Rec centers is open to anyone with an ID card. Many Zumba, line dance, Yoga classes plus a ton more. Just go, get there early as classes fill up quickly.

As far as classes are concerned go to this link

http://www.thevillages.com/Recreatio...Activities.asp

Under the section "Recreation Downloads" click the second link "Recreation News & Activities" - this is a weekly list of all activities at the recreation centers.

I attend yoga classes by three instructors, they are all different but they all ask who is new to the class and if you have done yoga before. Some classes are noted as "intermediate," don't worry about that just try the different classes and find out which is best for you.

Any water aerobics classes conducted in the Sports Pools are only open to those with Resident ID card; a simple guest ID will not permit entry. If you purchased the $50 transfer of the homeowner's resident privileges during the month of your rental then you will be able to use the sports pools.
