How would I go about finding someone that just bought a home here. Is there a newcomers list, many years ago there was one put out by the Villages Sales office.

Other than The Villages phone book, you might try this web site Sumter County - Geographic Information System
It is the Sumter County Geographic and Tax information web site and you can search by name.

If nothing else, call TV Sales office and explain your desire. They won't give you the phone number but you can usually get them to contact the individual for you.

This is exactly what happened to us. Several years ago, got a phone call from the sales office "do you know Mr. & Mrs. ..............., if so I will put them on this phone to talk to you". Friends from 40 years ago, now living happily in TV, in fact we shopped together just today!

Check the spelling. OP was looking for Phil Mathais who just moved here, not Phil Mathias who has lived here for years. But feel free to post pictures of others with their phone numbers.

This information was taken from the public records of the Lady Lake Area Chamber of Commerce so people can contact people.
