I believe they have to be 19 years of age.

4 family sections.

Oak Meadow - behind Target

Spring Arbor - off 466 east of Morse

Bison Valley - off 101 near Summerhill

And the new one over by 301. Oxford Oaks ??

But none that have access to TV amenities. They are adjoining TV and, thus, are golf cart accessible but rec centers, pools, etc. are off limits except as Tri-County family member guests (must be accompanied by a Villager).

So there are no Villages "under the dome" that allow families with children under 19 years old to live & make use of the amenities? Is that correct?

Sir, I do not want to be causing you any frustration, but we have checked, there are three rec centers where we took the time to verify, the pools have a separated entrance, and we have personally verified, carloads of adults with children come in and by pass the check in at the desk because of the outside entrance to the swimming pool. Seen it for sure.

They most likely were family pools where residents may take their family visitors, grandchildren, etc. It is very common to enter through the outdoor gate and sometimes, not all of the time, someone from the rec center will come out and check for passes.

Didn't you just say that you don't live here yet? Were still looking for a home? When you live here you can take your grandchildren to the pool, but you must accompany them. You can get passes for them at the regional rec centers and they can each visit you for a total of 30 days in a year.

And what did you do about it?

Umm. Yea. The rec centers have gates that lead directly to the pool area so that swimmers can come and go without passing through the building.

More talk about kids in pools. News flash. It's allowed.

The planners of The Villages really did a bang-up job on the pools.
There are adult pools for residents and guests over 30.
And family pools where children are welcome.
