No, "spongeing" off parents/grandparents would be never having a summer job while in college, as is the case with some of our kids' peers who took out student loans for every dollar spent for college--even for their spending money, clothing, etc. (You can't make this stuff up).

"Spongeing" off parents/grandparents would be living for free in their home after graduating from college with an associates' or bachelor's degree because they are not willing to move out of their preferred location, to seek work and a job with their degree elsewhere. This happens all the time, and the book explaining it is Co-Dependent No More.

When you bought the house you signed a contract that detailed the covenants. When you have neighbors that believe that the covenants are being violated they can make am anonymous call and an investigation will start. There are people here that prefer to live in an over 55 community, not a family community.

Just go or call the admin., Office in Lake Sumter. They will explain the rules and how to get it all done. It will not be a problem.
