[Yankee Quilter]

The house goes, officially, on the market tomorrow - pictures taken, neighbors being advised! Three years ago we downsized to a new over 55 in the Atlanta area and, luckily, the prices have maintained! Hopefully there will be buyers! I am doing this with with the Buy Owner company as I have an inactive broker's license and am home all the time. The traffic comes into the model, typically without a realtor so hoping to snag them up with lot's of open houses.
If any of you have done the Buy Owner route - any info would be appreciated.
We are so looking forward to getting down there and meeting new friends and enjoy what seems to be living the good life! (Can I really leave daughters and their daughters????)
