The local Legion is on 466 @ Rolling Acres - think it has the most members of any legion in Fla

VVA meets at Lake Miona Center - check there for time.

The squares are full of people with service related ball caps.

Welcome to the Villages!

Hi,
Saw that beautiful cat. Is he a Maine Coon?
Looks like ours, and a big joy Snickers is.
We have been at TV many times, and hope our move in 2013 works.
So tired of the wait.

I would love to have a Maine Coon Cat!

Damien, she got her devil name before we found out her gender, is a 14 YO California Alley Cat that we saved from a dog looking for her in the bushes in front of our yard when she was about 4 weeks old.

We bought in March 05. I retired in Nov 10. Spent 8 months here last year and will do the same this year and probably next year - don't think my California born and bred wife will ever get used to the summer humidity here.

Check with the PET LOVERS RESCUE and they may be able to help you find a Maine Coon. Their number is 352-598-1588. Six to seven years in the Villages with a very good adoption record.

Default Maine Coon Cat

Thanks Ron !

However, we already have three cats.

The current avatar pic is our 4 YO female Tortie alley cat named Bebe. Rescued her from beneath a rose bush in the back yard of an abandoned bank owned house across the street when she was abandoned by her **** mom at three weeks.

If you get your medical care from the VA, then when you get here go immediately to the VA Clinic on Route 42 just east of Mulberry Plaza, that's at the north end of TV's. The place just opened in 2010 and is very nice, however they only have 16 doctors and each is assigned over 1200 patients last time I heard. When I came July of 2011 I got my orientation and first doctor visit in 6 weeks, now I hear it's up to a 9 month wait. You'll see nothing but Vets and could probably make some contacts when you go.

Hi Donna, welcome to TOTV.

We hope to get back to TV soon - leaving Norcal in two weeks, already starting to pack.
