Default allamanda designer model

Recently, there has been a home model called the Allamanda shown on the Villages website. It is a concrete/stucco designer model that I had not seen before. Is this a new floor plan?

this is not a new floor plan, a few years back it was called the maple and is the same floor plan sans the florida room. there are many of this model on the north side of 466.

Were considering having an Allamanda built.

Its similar to Amarillo (Vinyl) and Borgainvillea (Block) as you probably know.

If you look at homes for sale there is one in Bonita for sale @ approx. $188,000.00

Please if anyone has any coments/knowledge on a form built home we would like to hear. the pro's/cons.

You can sent me a private message if you like .... Thankyou,
