I thought I would let you know about our experience getting services connected at our new patio villa.
We called Century Link, Comcast and Brighthouse both locally and the 1-800 numbers and were told there were NO services to our location, so we ended up going with DISH for TV.
It was only when we called All Connect we discovered that Century Link does cover Perdido Villas. So we did get Century Link for phone and Internet.
When we closed, I checked the service domes in the back yard only to discover Brighthouse, Centurylink and Comcast all have installed services.
So if you call any of the providers and are told there is no service at your address in Perdido ask to speak to someone who deals specifically with new service locations.
The technician will need to come to your place for phone installation as the phone service is fiber optic.
