The brochure Citizen's Bank gave me a couple of weeks ago shows Spanish Plaines, Colony Plaza, Lake Sumter Landing, Southern Trace and Mulberry Grove locations as open on Saturday's.

Default Saturday Banking Hours
The Citizens First Bank lobby at the main branch on Sumter Landing is open 8:30 -12 on Saturday. That is the only lobby within Citizens First that is open that day. Some other locations do provide Drive Thru service,

SunTrust branch on 441 (golf cart accessible) is open on Saturdays. Also, their branches at Wal-Mart are open until 6:00 M-Th, 7:00 on Fridays. I believe they're also open on Saturdays, but won't swear to it.

If you want to drive to Ocala, the TD bank is open 7 days a week with lobby service and drive thru.

Yes, the SunTrust inside Walmart on 466 is open on Saturdays until 4pm.
