Default New Fernandina Residents
We are from Syracuse, NY area and closed on our villa April 30th. Here for a couple weeks, then back home for summer, and returning October to November timeframe. Of course, back in January - April to escape then harsh weather in NY. So far, very happy here! Maybe permanent resident down the road.

We closed in Placida Villas in Fernandina Feb. and are down for two weeks to finish the furnishings. We leave leave the 12th and come back in Oct. cant wait to come down 9 months a year! Where are you?

Welcome! We are also from Syracuse and closed on 4/19. One trip to TV in March was all it took. Still working a few more years but will be down as often as we can.....
