Your health care insurance should be able to provide you with a list of local dental firms that accept your insurance, on the other hand we use Baylee Dental, they do not accept any insurance but provide the forms to send in for compensation, you pay Baylee, and the insurance company pays you. Have been using them since 2013, and no high-pressure sales, additional treatments, etc.
