Congratulations! As ones who have been waiting "years" since we bought our home (4 so far) we are down to our last year! Hoping by this time next year we will be settled in for good, from snowflakes to frogs! Hang in there and enjoy the journey!

Sonja and Jeff, Another congratulations to you! When I rented in TV last month I went to an open house in Rio Ponderosa -- very nice area. Hope you have many good times in your TV home.

Congrats on your purchase.

Another reason to go to TV for a visit.

We will be hopefully going down for a long weekend in the fall to furnish the rest of the partially furnished home....now where to stay???? Any recommendations?

So nice to be welcomed and for folks to be happy for us!

Sonja and Jeff,
Congratulations! We too are snowflakes in TV and could not be happier that we have a place to call "home away from home" in TV when we come down, which we do as often as we can.

If you don't yet have a bed or TV in your Rio Ponderosa home, I'm betting these will be among your furniture purchases in September. If so, have you considered bringing an air mattress and staying in your own TV home? It's in a wonderful location, it would save you some money and you'd get to enjoy your new vacation pad.

If that doesn't suit you, one of the hotels at Spanish Springs would be near your home and they probably have good off-season rates. I forget which hotels are in SS but someone can fill this in for you.

All best wishes!

Hmmmmm Home in TV and not being able to live in it and be there?

Now that is a good thing and maybe a new gremlin! Congratulations on buying the home. Guess you will be counting down the days till you get here full time.
