Default Buttonwood resale

We may be one of the first people to buy a resale in Buttonwood as we settled today. Will be a year before we move in for real but we are coming!May make our first visit to the new home in October-getting excited!!

Congrats on your purchase. Is the house you purchased on Triggerfish? I talked to a gentleman on Triggerfish this past winter who had a for sale sign placed on his nearly new home. The gentleman told me that he and his wife moved from a smaller home in TV because they wanted a larger, new home. Not long after they moved in, they realize their new home was too big for them.

Even if you aren't the "first" to buy a resale in Buttonwood, the list has to be short. More importantly, welcome to the neighborhood!

No wrong house-our seller was there for the winter and decided they wanted a bigger house. Can't wait to move in and meet the neighbors.

It was one of the first cottage homes called morning glory-wasn't available very long-this was the first resale of that model that I have seen in almost 2years of looking. We had toured it in pennecamp as a model home when we were there a couple of years ago; my wife loved it and I have been on the lookout ever since.

Sounds like you and your wife got a rare find. Buttonwood promises to be a very active Village. Congratulations on having your patience and diligence rewarded.

We are closing on a resale next Thursday in Buttonwood. We loved the area and the home of course but what got us to take the plunge were the neighbors we met when we were looking over the area.

We will be on Crestview street in CYV. Hopefully we can move in sooner than later after we sell our houses up here.
