To the second poster (apology in advance for being snarky)

1. Don't think the difference of a few miles will matter much to the salivating thief-to-be in Wildwood.

2. Check out the crime stats in Lake County - not much difference from Wildwood!

3. Buyers need to compare the total cost of the home with bond. A house without a bond is not necessarily cheaper than a house with one. There are lots of other cost factors that have been listed in this form many times.
Not snarky at all, Miss Kate,

Just honest and helpful and to the point.

Just replaced our kitchen counter tops with Granite. The work was done by Duncan Stone and we could not be more pleased. They did the entire job in one day. We did some price shopping before we went with them and they are a little less expensive than contractors close to The Villages. They are in Taveres. 352-253-0499

Default Bond question

I am already a Village resident....but am wondering....Does anyone know for certain that Lake County does not have a Bond?? Just curious!
