Hi Gidget254...we are also Collier bound with a target closing of late September or early October. Our design meeting is set for the end of July so we are pretty excited. We purchased on Hollyoak Way. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbors.

We purchased a spec. House in Collier yesterday. We will be living on Vintage Place. We close on July 17, but will not move to the Villages for quite some time.

Yesterday, we closed on our house in Collier. We are on Vintage Place. Seems like a good name for a street in TV. We will be moving our furniture in at the end of September. We are hoping to meet up with some of our new neighbors then.

We are Joe and Laurie, and have also purchased a lot on Hollyoak Way. Our closing is scheduled for September 11. We will be visiting as often as possible (and avoiding the Michigan winter!) until our retirement plans are finalized. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbors!

We are Anne & Phil from Commack Long Island where we have lived for 25 years. We sold our home in June and just bought a home on Brandywine Court in Collier a few weeks ago.
We will be moving the end of September. I am interested in joining some clubs and trying out some new hobbies and so is Phil. It's so overwhelming packing all the boxes we're up to #85 and we're not finished yet. It will all be worth it to start our new life in TV.
Looking forward to meeting all our new neighbors.

We are Ken and Mari (Mary) on Kennedy. We jsut broke ground and settle Septmember 19th. We will be down for a few weeks then and hope to come down as often as possible. We are from Maryland (and still working )
But looking forward to retirement ASAP
