Hello Team Collier!
We're Steve and Lydia from CT, and bought a lot on Hollyoak Way at the end of April. We're excited to arrive for our Design Appt on Aug 19, and then hope to get a Closing by Thanksgiving......Italian Christmas Eve at our house!!!!

Hi to all of Collier!
We are Bill and Karen and just purchased a spec on Norcoose Rd the other day and closing on Sept 10. We will not be full time until our other home in FL sells but will be visiting often as we aren't too far away....yeah!! Would love to hear from others on Norcoose Rd as well as any other Collier residents

We are Bruce & Andrea and are moving to TV from Minnesota. We are originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Go Packers), but decided that Florida has nicer winters. We bought a spec home on Maplewood Ct and close on the 29th of August. Can't wait to settle in.

Hello to all neighbors and future neighbors in Collier. We closed this week on a spec house on Triton Court. Slowly moving in from a rental in Gilcrest and will be there full time at the end of the month. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Everyone we've met has been so helpful and friendly. Confirms we made the right choice.

Wentworth
Hello Collier Neighbors - We close on our home on Wentworth on 9/13. Unfortunately, we will not be moving down for a few years, but fortunately, my mother will be moving down and living in our place until we can come down full time. We hope to visit often and look forward to meeting our new neighbors! We currently live in Ohio - I am a Buckeye, but Tim is a loyal Nittany Lion!
We will be down in November - Fore!!!! Tim and Jeannie P.S. - When we were there, a storm had damaged the letters on the entranceway - has that been repaired? |

We are closing on Sept 19th and will be down for a few weeks. We are butterflies from Maryland and can't wait to be full time TVers. It will be a couple years,but look ua up. We are the new Befpgonia on Kennedy near McClin.
