I can't help you with you to-do list but there are several people form western NY on this forum. Cuse is the b-ball team to beat this year as they are loaded with talent.

Welcome to TOTV & TV and congratulations on your pending closing. Don't fret about all the paperwork. It will be 1 year this coming Wednesday since we closed, and all the paperwork is pretty much a faded memory and now seems like nothing. You'll be in your home and enjoying it and TV with all that behind you faster than three shakes of a stick! {almost}

Congratulations on your new home. Nice winter so far. I recall Syracuse getting more snow than Rochester or Buffalo last year. You'll have fun setting up home. You better make it a 2 wks stay, you'll want to relax 1 of the days.
