We bought a Seabreeze on Iverary and will close on 12/26. I'm a former CG officer, college professor and retired civil servant. DW is a retired hospital administrator and director of the department of aging for a large county in the DC area. We will be bouncing between TV and WV for the next few months while we tie up loose ends there.

Looking forward to life in TV.
