We have been asked if people that are not yet 55 can rent in The Villages. We didn't know how to answer. We look forward to your thoughts.

So long as they are over 18, they can rent. Under 19, they cannot stay for more than 30 days in a 12-month period.

Yes, we rented for almost a year and we were under 50! Same process as if they were older than 55. As a matter of fact, we were never asked our age.

I have rented (short term) in The Villages several times since 2011. I am 53. Every rental experience has been great. I would move to any of those villages I rented in a heart beat. I did buy a Mega Millions ticket, so if I win on Tuesday night guess what I will do in short order...
