Looking to build in TV...We like The Cypress, but it is stick built. What is the equivalent model built out of concrete? TIA

xl.... there is not an equivalent floor plan in block/stucco to the Cypress. I agree ... it does have an interesting floor plan ( a real coat closet!!!) but there is not a block equivalent. Sorry....

The Cypress model seems to be the only one in that general size of Designer Homes that doesn't have a CBS model.

Out of luck if you want to build or buy new. If they had it I would be building one too. Years ago they did build a block/stucco model with the same floor plan but a different name, "Royal Palm". I am not sure when they stopped building it but I currently see a used one on the market, built 2003.
